Part of the Health and Prevention Division of Community Action Partnership, Liberty Tattoo Removal Program (LTR) offers free tattoo removal of gang related, anti-social and visible tattoos that are hindering people from getting employment, being accepted in their community, being good role models, and living safely. We DO NOT remove purely decorative tattoos.
LTR's mission is "to provide a service that assists individuals in personal growth through the healing of body, mind and spirit".
