We are an Oklahoma state licensed facility. We will tattoo flash but prefer custom designs. You must be 18 years old or older to get a tattoo in Oklahoma no parental consent is accepted. Off the wall tries to create a family friendly environment but asks that if you are getting tattooed please try to find a sitter for the kiddos. The studio does not sell tattoo equipment or supplies.
