Nelcat Production proudly presents Tattoo You Minnesota 23. August 15, 16 and 17th 2014. Join us for the 23rd anniversary of this Minnesota tattoo tradition. This is the longest running tattoo event in the state of Minnesota. David "Nelly" Nelson brings the top tattoo talent from around the country for this one of a kind event. We will have many returning artists as well as showcasing the up-and-coming talent that keep our tattoo community alive and vibrant.
