Tattoo for the Blue

End: Dec. 31, 2017, 10 p.m.

This December 25% of the price of every tattoo done at Art & Soul will be donated to the Jamie Cox Memorial Fund.

On November 5th, Rockford Police officer Jaimie Cox was killed while making a traffic stop. Jaimie was a US Army National Guard veteran and a former officer for the Illinois Department of Natural Resources. Jaimie was a great officer, brother, husband and man. Jaimie leaves behind his wife Caitlin and beloved dog Ruger. Our Goal at Art & Soul is to help Officer Cox's family. They have so much to worry about, and we would like finances not to be one of those worries by doing what we do best, tattooing.

Q: How can I make an appointment?
A: You can visit our scheduling system here: https://www.schedulicity.com/scheduling/ASTYLD to choose an artist and date that works best for you for a free consultation. Or, you can consult with one of our artists via facebook messagner. You may also call 608-527-2727(New Glarus) or 608-236-4442 (Middleton) to speak to an artist.

Q: Does the tattoo need to be LEO (Police) related?
A: No, 25% of the proceeds of every single tattoo done at Art & Soul during the month of December will be donated to the Jamie Cox Memorial Fund.

Q: What are your rates?
A: We charge $100/ hr with a $50 minimum.

Q: Do I have to choose a specific artist?
A: No, ALL of our artists are participating in this fundraiser.

Q: Do you do other fundraisers?
A: Yes, we have raised money in the past for the Salvation Army, for other memorial funds, and are currently collecting shoes for tattoos with the Ice Wolves. We try to help in our communities when we see the need.
