Opened January 13th 2005 by Jason Evans, Neon Dragon quickly became one of eastern Iowa's premier studios. Voted Number 1 for ten consecutive years, we are now the home to 7 diverse and talented artists and 3 piercers.

We are celebrating our 13th year anniversary on January 13th 2018 at Tailgators on Center Point Rd from 9pm -midnight.
