Live Tattoo Models/One Way Gallery Open Studios Exhibition

Start: March 5, 2016, 10 p.m.

End: March 6, 2016, 1 a.m.

On Saturday, January 23rd from 5-8 PM the One Way Gallery resident artists will display their work together for the first time in an interactive Open Studios Exhibition. You may ask yourself, how does a Tattoo Artist participate in a Gallery Show? I asked myself the same thing! The answer is the obvious one...since my "canvases" are people, I'll put the people on display! Yeah, that's you guys! I will have a handful of my favorite canvases taking shifts on an actual pedestal, and the rest of my other beautiful canvases will be milling among the crowd "modeling" their art.

If I have tattooed YOU, I cordially invite you to come participate, wearing an all black outfit that displays your tattoo. I will be body painting a red arrow pointing to the tattoo that I made on you. The show lasts 3 hours, and you can stay for as little or as long as you like. You guys ARE my participation in this show, so if I've decorated you with my art, please come :)

If I haven't tattooed you (yet!) please come and hang out. Say hi. Check out my studio, some really cool art, and maybe set up a consult. The One Way Gallery shows are always a good time! There will be 11 other resident artists showing their work, including music played by hand blown, functional glass instruments and a live demonstration of glass throwing (like, actually throwing glass) by another artist.

Bring your kids, parents, date...it'll be fun!
