We will be offering $31 TATTOOS and $20 BODY PIERCINGS on Halloween Day only! Tattoos can be any design 1"X1" in one color only. We will also have a bunch of Halloween designs available for $31 as well as offering specials on all tattoos. $20 BODY PIERCINGS will include basic jewelry. Dermal Anchors will be done for $35.
