$13 small tattoos all day!
First come, first serve, so show up early.
Any design from the flash sheet is available, no larger than an inch (some of the more vertical ones like "promise" will be longer). No limit. Color may be added for an extra $7.
If we have time, we may be able to draw up custom pieces along these lines of simplicity.
