This year we are doing things a little different!!! we will be offering up to 4X4 Halloween themed tattoos for $31 (with MANDATORY $9 setup fee! so for a whoppin' $40 you get a COOL TATTOO!!! ya can't beat it! we have many designs, all done at artist discretion of course.... we will also have $13 Basic Piercings, and $31 Dermals!
