Friday the 13th tattoos and piercings starting at $20($13 tattoo + $7 lucky tip). Piercings will be basic piercings with standard jewelry. There will be flash sheets for tattoos that you can choose from. Be prepared for a long wait, as there are no appointments for this, and long lines.
