• $13 Tattoos its typically tattoos with the number "13" or "31" incorporated in the design, so be creative! We also have ideas that you can choose from, and we will make exceptions for some small designs if time permits! Tattoos can be color, black and gray, UV ink is NOT included in this special!




• $13 piercings piercing usually consists of a one (1) basic piercing, including standard jewelry. Different jewelry including jeweled tops, metals, or materials is extra! A $13 piercing is typically a facial piercing (eye, nose, basic ear, or lip) ONLY just to give you an example.
