Drop off at least 2 non perishable foods at Ink Wave Tattoos located at 704-D Seaboard St. Myrtle Beach, SC 29577 and your name goes in a drawing to win a tattoo up to $200 value! Last Entries will be accepted Midnight Nov. 19th, 2012.

All donations will go to Helping Hand of Myrtle Beach. We want to help people have an awesome Thanksgiving Holiday. Our goal is 50LBS minimum.

◎ Only one entry per person, per visit, Per Day.
◎ Must Be 18 or older to win.
◎ You Do not have to be present to win.
◎ Your entry must be legible.We are not responsible for illegible entries. We are not responsible for entries that are incomplete or contain incorrect information. Your entry form must contain correct name, and contact information in order for us to notify you that you have won.
◎ Last Entries will be accepted Midnight Nov. 19th, 2012.
◎ Drawing will take place on Nov. 20th, 2012 at Ink Wave Tattoos Shop.
◎ Proper Identification must be provided to collect prize.
◎ You have one year from the date of notification of winning to redeem your prize.
