Its that time of year again. Eye of the Tiger Tattoo is having our Halloween special. First come, first serve, $31 design's chosen off our Halloween flash sheet. One tattoo per client (no necks, no hands). We open at noon, and cut the "sign in list" off at 3pm. So make sure you get here as early as possible. Happy Halloween!
