Buy one and get one of equal or lesser value FREE...if you don't want both piercings you are more than welcome to share with a friend!! During our special we can experience a high volume of people so we appreciate everyone's patience during this time...the special runs at both baltimore street tattoo locations. Shop hours are 1 to 8pm some days may vary for Hanover.
