The BloodMobile will be at the Portland Tattoo Expo on Friday 2-7pm & Saturday 12-6pm. If you've recently been tattooed at a licensed facility in Oregon, California, Washington or Idaho, you don't have to wait to donate blood! And we know you're not afraid of needles...
