You don't need to be on a motorcycle in order to attend this event..

Please Note : Children must remain with their parent or supervising adult at all times.. (YOU MUST CONTROL YOUR CHILDREN!!!!! If there is ANY chance of them getting hit by a motorcycle or vehicle, knocking over any of the motorcycles, causing an accident, getting hurt or any other situation that is considered dangerous (or) harmful, you'll have to make arrangements to take them someplace else..)

Starts Out At & Ends At : Illustrated Lady Tattoo & Piercing Studio & School 500 S.W. 6th Avenue (Corner of 6th & Jackson Street downtown Amarillo, Texas)

Please Note : If it is super bad weather, snow, 60 mph winds, baseball hail, rains us out more than a few brief rain showers, I don't want to cancel this event completely. I have recieved a bunch of donations from my sponsors, I don't want them to go to waste..
If we do get bad weather, I will bump the date up 1 week. The event will still fall on a Sunday. .

Motorcycle Show :
$ 5 to enter your bike in the show
Bike Show Registration : 9 am - 2 pm
Bike Show : 2 pm - 6 pm
(Voting for your favorite ends at 6 pm)

You can still do the bike games. We will save your numbered parking spot. We will put your number on your bike so voters can still see your bike while your playing the bike games..

Pre-paid appointments must be made during the Bike Fest in order to get any of these specials.
I will be too busy tattooing (or) piercing
& I wouldn't be able to successfully talk to anyone.
If I handle it this way, I will be able to successfully raise more money for this fundraiser.

I need MANY volunteers. .
No limit on volunteers needed..
I need help setting up the event, running the event, and clean up after the event ends that night..
I NEED VOLUNTEERS FOR MY BIKE RUN STOPS
If your interested in becoming a volunteer, let me know & I'll let you know what you can do to help on the actual event day.

I will have a meeting at my shop 1 week before the event so we can discuss duties needed, ect..
If your interested in becoming a volunteer, let me know & I'll put you on my volunteer list. If your traveling from out of town to volunteer for this event & you can't make it to the pre-event meeting, let me know & I'll let you know what your duties are on the actual event day.

Heads up : I did get warned from the inspectors that nobody can have, or consume any wine, beer or alcohol during the event. (Nothing can be done or obtained to ever be able to allow it for any public gathering)..
