Laughing Hyena is offering $31 Halloween Tattoo Specials on Friday October 31st. Halloween themed tattoos will be offered for the low price of $31 and we strongly encourage tips. Designs will not be revealed until the day of the event. This is a walk-in event so no appointments needed. Its first come first serve. So don't wait until the last minute.
